Rincón Cultura UNAM opens at St. Augustine College in Chicago


Thanks to the work of the UNAM branch in Chicago, St. Augustine College has since yesterday a UNAM Culture Corner (Rincón Cultura UNAM) the third to be inaugurated in this city.


Reyes González, president of this community college located in Chicago, the Mexican consul, Reyna Torres Mendívil, and Erika Erdely, academic secretary of the branch, cut the inaugural ribbon of this unique cultural space, which offers users the possibility of accessing thousands of audiovisual contents on literature, science and music, all with the UNAM seal.


A Goya, an emblematic university cheer, closed the ceremony on a high note, in which both institutions were delighted with the presence of UNAM through this new space full of surprises for this university's community.
