UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA TO TAKE PART IN FIESTA OF THE SCIENCES AND THE HUMANITIES
Updated: May 19

Since 2013, the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) has organized the FIESTA of the Sciences and the Humanities, an event that has expanded its potential to reach an ever increasing audience around the world. Last year alone, taking advantage of virtual forums the Fiesta reached an audience of 4, 760,065 through social media with 340 researchers involved and more than 100 institutions in Mexico and around the world. This year the FIESTA will take place in a virtual format from October 19th to the 23rd and the theme will be devoted to Science, Technology and Sports.
We are very pleased that given the great reputation that the University of Minnesota has in medicine and sports they decided to jump in and participate in this edition of the FIESTA through the Tucker Center for Research on Girls and Women in Sport.
