
SPANISH FOR SOCIAL WORK
Participants develop communicative and socio-cultural competencies to better understand and serve the Hispanic community at work settings such as schools, agencies, hospitals, and offices of the Department of Social Services.
The program offers four 45-hour courses in four levels: Basic 1, Basic 2, Intermediate and Advanced.
Classes meet twice a week from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Basic 1 and Basic 2 levels meet Monday & Wednesday. Intermediate and Advanced levels meet Tuesday & Thursday.

Tuition and fees
Tuition: 45-hour courses: $ 520 USD.
Prices do not include books.
Discount policy
20% Senior citizen.
10% Early bird.
All courses are open subject to enrollment (at least five students per course).
Participants interested in joining any of our Spanish programs need to schedule an interview. Participants with previous Spanish language experience are advised to take a placement test. Placement tests and interviews are scheduled by appointment.
